We are looking for a Product Manager with experience managing B2B products, ideally within fintech, to help us define our product strategy and drive the execution of our roadmap. The focus will be on our core Accounts and Collections propositions, owning the vision for how businesses hold, manage, and receive funds globally. You will be responsible for creating a world-class global account experience and simplifying how our customers get paid by their customers, no matter where they are.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery and strategy to defining requirements, launch, and iteration.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, treasury, operations, and go-to-market teams to define product requirements and deliver new features.
Conduct market and customer research: Identify user pain points and uncover new opportunities within the global accounts and B2B collections space. This includes innovating on features like virtual IBANs, multi-currency wallets, payment links, and local collection methods.
Manage the roadmap and backlog: Create and maintain the product roadmap, writing clear user stories, epics, and product specifications.
Define and analyze key metrics (KPIs): Track metrics such as account activation rates, customer balance growth, collection success rates, and time-to-settlement to measure success and inform strategy.
Partner with engineering: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure features are delivered on time and to specification, making trade-offs where necessary.
What You Need:
Proven PM Experience: A track record of shipping successful B2B products, preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, or banking.
Deep Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the B2B accounts and receivables landscape. This includes global account structures (e.g., virtual IBANs), multi-currency wallets, payment gateways, and various collection methods (e.g., card processing, bank transfers, local payment schemes).
Tool Proficiency: Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data analysis.
Product Discovery Skills: Experience with techniques like customer interviews, data analysis, and market research.
Excellent Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and making data-driven decisions.
Regulatory Familiarity: Experience working in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry is a strong plus.
