Program Associate
The Program Associate will provide operational, coordination, and reporting support across both the Entrepreneurship School and Accelerator programs. The role will also integrate Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) responsibilities, ensuring that program delivery is data-driven, impact-focused, and aligned with donor and stakeholder reporting standards.
Working closely with the Head of Accelerator and program leads, this role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, tracking participant outcomes, and generating insights that drive continuous program improvement and long-term impact.
Core Responsibilities
Program Operations & Coordination

Support tracking of startup growth, performance, and post-program fundraising outcomes.

Contribute to storytelling through impact reports, case studies, and success stories.

Support reporting to governance bodies, partners, and funders with accurate and timely data.

Support scheduling, logistics, and coordination across program cohorts.

Maintain program dashboards, records, and workflows across tools (e.g., Airtable, Notion).

Liaise with hubs, mentors, facilitators, and partners to ensure timely delivery of program activities.

Assist with grant processing, participant onboarding, and program communications.

Track participant engagement, progress, and compliance with program requirements.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting (M&E)

Support the development and implementation of the program’s M&E framework aligned with program goals and funder expectations.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and outcomes across all program streams.

Collect, clean, and analyze program data to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability.

Conduct surveys, evaluations, and stakeholder feedback sessions (participants, mentors, partners).

Maintain structured data systems for tracking startup performance and program impact.

Produce periodic reports for internal leadership, sponsors, and partners.

Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and accountability standards.

Generate insights and recommend program improvements based on data and evidence.
Core Expertise

3–6 years of experience in program management, operations, or administration, with exposure to monitoring & evaluation, data analysis, or impact reporting.

Experience working with data tools and project management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Notion, Excel, Google Sheets).

Strong understanding of KPI tracking, reporting structures, and data collection methodologies.

Familiarity with donor-funded programs, reporting standards, or impact measurement frameworks is an advantage.
