Program Administrative Executive

The Program Administrative  Executive supports program operations across multiple functions, contributing to research, logistics, reporting, and the management of inbound communications. It ensures timely, professional, and well-structured responses to stakeholder enquiries, helping to maintain public trust and reduce reputational risk as program visibility grows, while also building capacity for future development within the program team. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the info@startupbridge.ng inbox, ensuring all enquiries are reviewed, categorised, and responded to promptly and professionally.

  • Route enquiries appropriately, copying relevant teams where needed and escalating sensitive or high-risk matters to program leadership.

  • Maintain a communication log, track recurring themes, and flag any issues that may require attention.

  • Support research, documentation, and knowledge management across program activities.

  • Assist with planning and logistics for workshops, events, and other program initiatives.

  • Track, collate, and support reporting on program data and performance.

  • Maintain accurate records and organized filing systems.

  • Provide general administrative and operational support to program leads, including day-to-day coordination.

  • Draft basic communications under supervision, ensuring clarity and alignment with program messaging.

  • Contribute ideas and support initiatives to improve team productivity and overall efficiency.

Core Expertise

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, communications, or program support

  • Experience managing emails or handling stakeholder enquiries

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

Ventures Platform Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be thorough while ensuring a great candidate experience. Successful candidates can expect the following stages:

  1. First Stage: Introductory interview with the People & Culture team and a member of the Ventures Platform team.

  2. Second Stage: Technical assessment to evaluate role-specific capabilities.

  3. Third Stage: Panel interview with key stakeholders, including the Hiring  Manager.

  4. Final Stage: A culture conversation with the Founding Partner and Managing Partner.
