Job Title: SunFi Solar Field Sales Agent

About the Role

SunFi Field Sales Agent will be responsible for the direct distribution and sales of Solar Systems to shop owners, ensuring they understand the product's features, benefits, and payment terms. The role involves engaging with shop owners, facilitating documentation, closing sales, and ensuring timely payment collection. Agents will also be responsible for maintaining a proper sales record, monitoring stock turnover, and ensuring compliance with SunFi’s pricing policy.

Job Summary

  • Receive, warehouse, and distribute solar systems to local shop owners.
  • Ensure shop owners adhere to fixed pricing and assist in promoting product sell-through.
  • Collect and verify full KYC details (ID, photo, contact, addresses) from shop owners.
  • Ensure the signing of the SunFi sales agreement before delivery. Submit all documents for approval before product issuance.
  • Attend daily team meetings (Mon–Fri, 9–10 AM).
  • Keep accurate sales and payment records; submit weekly performance and market reports.
  • Extra margin refunds for selling at a price above retail. High performers may receive larger stock allocations and dealer privileges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of OND in qualification
  • 0- 2 years field Sales experience
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and communication experience.
  • Ability to meet daily targets independently.
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy, and tech-savvy for basic smartphone reporting.
  • Must be a Resident of Lagos State
  • Computer literate / Tech Savvy.

Compensation:N175,000 Monthly

Peck: Transportation Allowance, Commission per sale, profit margin
