Saltbox simplifies the hardest parts of running a small online business by providing modern, flexible workspaces. Our members operate across a wide range of industries, including Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, and Electronics.
The Role
We’re looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our Los Angeles (Torrance) team and support operations during the peak season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a flexible environment, and is comfortable with variable hours.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and placing inventory items for members.
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately and efficiently to keep members on track.
- Monitor the delivery dock and assist with unloading shipments as needed.
- Lift, pull, and move packages ranging from 5 to 100 pounds (with reasonable accommodation).
- Ensure common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) are clean, organized, and fully operational.
- Collaborate with members on a variety of tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules.

- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts and schedules.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt as needed.
- Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details
- Schedule: Part-time, up to 0–6 hours/day, typically Mon–Fri. If scheduled, shift will generally be 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Hours: 0–6 hours per day, 0–5 days per week (business needs may vary).
- Season Duration: Oct 14 – Dec 19, 2025 (potential extension).
- Location: Saltbox Los Angeles – Torrance, 2335 W 208th St, Torrance, CA 90501.
- Pay Range: $19.50 – $20.50 per hour.
