Job Title: Field Sales Associate (South-East)

Locations: Enugu, Aba, Onitsha, Owerri, and Nnewi

Duration: 3-month contract.

The Role

Talent Factory Africa (TFA) is seeking dynamic, high-energy, and target-driven Sales Associates to spearhead market expansion for Risevest across key hubs in the South-East (Enugu, Aba, Onitsha, Owerri, and Nnewi).

You will be the face of Risevest on the ground. Sitting at the intersection of sales, community building, and financial inclusion, your mission is to drive user acquisition, build strategic local partnerships, and ensure new users actively fund their accounts.

For high-performing contract associates, this role offers excellent visibility and a strong potential pathway for future growth within the ecosystem.

What You Will Do

  • Convert prospects into active, funded users on the app.
  • Secure collaborations with local SMEs, cooperatives, and campus groups.
  • Identify and run local marketing events and activations.
  • Educate users to ensure they maintain a minimum 3-month funding streak.

Who We Are Looking For: You Are

  • Deeply familiar with the local terrain, culture, and business networks in your location.
  • Warm, persuasive, and able to explain financial concepts simply.
  • Comfortable with outbound field sales and handling customer objections.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience. Backgrounds in Finance, English, or Communications are highly preferred.
