About the Role
We are looking for detail-oriented, people-first Onboarding Support Interns to help new users successfully complete their journey on the platform. Sitting at the intersection of Customer Success, Growth, and Product, you will work alongside our Onboarding Specialists to re-engage users, guide them toward completion, and translate user feedback into actionable insights for our product team.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work directly moves the needle on activation rates and helps shape the future of our user experience.
- Duration: 3-month contract.
- Future Growth: High-performing interns may have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.
What You Will Do
- Make daily outbound calls to users who dropped off at various points during the onboarding process
- Send structured follow-up emails to users who could not be reached by phone
- Walk users through email and ID verification one step at a time, ensuring they complete the process with confidence
- Log every call outcome, user response, and piece of feedback accurately in the tracking system
- Identify and document recurring patterns in where and why users are dropping off
- Prepare a weekly report summarising findings and trends for the Customer Success, Product, and Growth teams.
- Share user insights directly with the Product team to inform improvements to the onboarding flow
What We Are Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — you are clear, warm, and patient with people
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a range of user responses
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail when logging data and feedback
- Analytical enough to spot patterns across many individual interactions
- A genuine interest in fintech, user experience, or growth
- Previous experience in customer support, sales, or a user-facing role is a plus but not required
