We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will play a key role in bridging the gap between product, marketing, and customer needs to ensure our products succeed in the market.

Role Overview

The Product Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies, develop compelling product positioning and messaging, track adoption and performance, and ensure our products resonate with customers. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Growth, Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and user engagement. The Product Marketing Manager role will require strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and a strong ownership mindset. You need to;

  • Be data-driven and comfortable with analysis, testing, and measurement methodologies.
  • Have strong collaboration skills, enabling you to build consensus across Product, Brand, Communication, and Growth.
  • Be a creative and innovative thinker: you're able to think outside the norm to ensure we stand out from brands in our space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all new product launches, ensuring clear positioning, messaging, and distribution strategies.
  • Develop internal documentation and knowledge-sharing processes for go-to-market readiness.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are effectively launched, positioned, and promoted to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Conduct and oversee market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to uncover insights and shape messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and growth teams to understand the features, benefits, and unique value propositions of our products and services, and communicate them to our target customers in a compelling way.
  • Measure and analyse the performance of product marketing campaigns, and ensure product marketing campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and optimised.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing (preferably in fintech or tech).
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics), marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze), and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust) is a strong advantage.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for learning and solving problems.
  • Collaborative team player with high attention to detail.
