We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on hitting business targets to join Rise. You will support all end-to-end growth projects with the aim of acquiring and retaining new customers and ultimately revenue.
Job Description
As the growth lead at Rise, you will:
- Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the CEO and Head of Marketing
- Drive app store optimisation, landing page optimisation and website optimisation to help grow ROI
- Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class campaigns
- Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
- Own and execute performance marketing
- Drive SEO and ASO initiatives for organic growth
- Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Run AB / MVT experiments
- Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly
- Work closely with data, sales and product
- Prepare weekly marketing report alongside data team
- Support all digital and tactical marketing efforts
Requirements
Our ideal Growth Marketer will have:
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation in tech
- A deep knowledge and experience of optimising across AARRR funnel and building viral loops where need be
- A belief in and determination to solve complex problems
- A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
- Familiar with Martech tools such as Mailchimp, Hotjar, AppsFlyer, UXCam, Google Tag Manager and Ahrefs
- A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of website and app analytical tools such as Firebase, Apple Store, Google Play Developer, Excel and Google Analytics
- Understanding of basic coding languages
- Strong expertise in marketing automation
- Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Twitter and Snapchat on a large scale
- A willingness to fail forward, learn and grow
- Experience in conducting growth experiments
