As a Social Media Manager and Copywriter at Risevest, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content and managing our social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand voice.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive copy for various channels including social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.

Social Media Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels.

Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content and communications.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally to foster community engagement.

Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of social media and content campaigns using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, social media best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve our social media strategy.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and copywriting, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of fintech and financial services terminology and trends.
