We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Senior Specialist who will join the Brand & Growth (B&G) division. This candidate will work closely with the Sales team and report to the Head of Demand Generation.
In this role, you will craft and execute marketing plans with your stakeholders that support customer acquisition and revenue generation goals. This includes leading media planning and buying and implementation for online and offline campaigns, executing offline events and activations, and working with strategic partners locally to achieve KPIs and drive net new pipeline for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Drive execution of demand generation plans for the Nigerian market, aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify and tailor specific marketing goals and objectives for the local market.
- Analyse local competition to strengthen brand position.
- Supervise and develop the local marketing budget.
- Understand and achieve financial goals and key success indicators in the market.
- Evaluate ROI of local marketing strategies and optimize performance.
- Build and execute Field Marketing plans that integrate sales and marketing to support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, and roadshows. Plan and execute Account-based marketing (ABM) to penetrate key accounts.
- Advocate for both the sales region and the marketing department, ensuring mutual understanding of priorities and decision-making for event and campaign planning.
