The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, contacting and qualifying inbound & outbound leads and delivering them to Sales Executives, as well as closing small B2B opportunities over the phone.
- Review, contact and qualify inbound leads and convert them into potential deals for Sales Executives.
- Support sales efforts by targeting and penetrating potential prospects utilizing outbound prospecting skills via calls, chats, video calls, emails and/or other channels.
- Build a quality sales pipeline by creating, nurturing, and qualifying leads while leveraging different tools (LinkedIn, Lusha etc.)
- Carry out research using a combination of phone, email and social touch points to prospect into target accounts.
- Understand the needs of our prospective clients and articulate the value proposition that Reliance Health provides.
- Maintain accurate information on clients and interaction activities in our CRM.
- Work closely with the Brand & Growth team and other internal stakeholders to develop new ways of increasing awareness of Reliance Health and evolving the lead qualification process.
- Work closely with different stakeholders within the New Sales Revenue team to execute prospecting campaigns.
- Turn prospects into qualified leads and signed accounts.
- Research and develop your own target account list for outbound outreach.
- Qualify prospects and nurture them for future opportunities.
