We are currently seeking a dynamic sales operation analyst to effectively support the sales team and achieve the desired outcomes, the associates should possess a combination of technical skills, analytical abilities, and interpersonal competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Pitch Evaluation and Coaching:
- Evaluate sales pitches and provide constructive feedback to improve effectiveness.
- Conduct coaching sessions and training workshops to enhance sales skills and techniques.
CRM Maintenance and Data Hygiene:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system.
- Monitor and maintain CRM hygiene by regularly updating records and removing duplicates.
Performance Reporting:
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Insight Generation:
- Share insights and recommendations with their manager based on data analysis and sales team interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement improvements and track their impact.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales techniques, and CRM best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, tools, and the overall effectiveness of the sales operations function.
