We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager who will join the Brand & Growth (B&G) division. This candidate will work closely with the consumer business stakeholder, the rest of B&G team members, global peers and report to the Head of Demand Generation. In this role, you will craft and execute marketing plans with your stakeholders that support customer acquisition and revenue generation goals. This includes leading media planning and buying and implementing and executing online and offline campaigns and working with strategic partners to achieve KPIs and drive consumer customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to drive the execution of consumer business acquisition campaigns & activities
- Constantly optimising customer acquisition journey to improve conversion rate and drive more transactions
- Report, analyse and evaluate marketing investment across different channels and their return on investment (ROI)
- Establish, allocate, and track marketing budget for consumer business
- Exemplary analytical skills and proven aptitude to use data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies
- Plan and operate in a transparent manner for cross-organizational visibility and be a leader in sharing best practices with other B&G team members
- Decision-making and discretion regarding program and campaign selection and planning in support of consumer business goals
- Ensure all programs and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, measure, and report on their effectiveness
- Monitor marketing efforts from beginning to end to ensure they meet the target objectives
