As a Customer Support Intern at Raenest, you won’t just be handling user’s requests, you’ll be learning how to think on your feet, solve real problems, and create meaningful experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other support channels.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, helpful solutions.
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth handovers and consistent support.
  • Learn and apply our internal tools and support workflows.
  • Keep detailed internal notes to help with team collaboration.
  • Document feedback and common issues from users.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful, and empathetic tone in every conversation.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support or user-facing role (is a plus but not required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • A good listener with problem-solving instincts, empathy and patience.
  • Strong interest in customer support and telecommunications
  • (Bonus) if you’re passionate or interested in learning about fintech, remote work, or global payments.
  • Most importantly: you care about people and want to help them succeed.
