Position Overview:
As the Lead Product Designer at Raenest, you’ll be a hands-on leader, ready to roll up your sleeves to craft the best UX for our mobile and web platforms. You’ll set the vision and strategy for design across both individual and business products, establishing a clear direction for current and future work. Your design expertise and high standards will drive Raenest’s commitment to creating cohesive, intuitive, and visually engaging experiences that delight users.
Key Responsibilities:

- Establish Brand Tone and Identity: Partner with the Raenest team to define a clear, professional, and approachable brand tone that embodies transparency, trust, and innovation.
- Core Design Guidelines: Create comprehensive guidelines for colour palette, typography, iconography, imagery, and layout, ensuring consistency across all products and touchpoints.
- Documentation & Standards: Build and maintain a design system that documents Raenest’s brand elements, including usage examples, accessibility standards, and updates to reflect design evolutions.
- Design for Mobile and Web: Lead the hands-on design process, crafting exceptional UX for both mobile and web platforms to ensure intuitive, delightful interactions across devices.
- Strategic Guidance for New Designs: Provide expert direction on new design projects, ensuring they align with user and business goals, with a focus on usability and visual appeal.
- Design Validation: Implement validation methods, like A/B testing, to refine and enhance design choices based on data and user insights.
- Documentation of Principles: Create accessible, well-documented design principles to guide consistency across teams.
- Regular Design Reviews: Conduct design reviews to evaluate ongoing work, providing actionable feedback to ensure high-quality, on-brand, user-centered design.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of iteration and learning, driving continuous enhancement of Raenest’s design outputs.

- Exceptional Visual and Interaction Skills: Your keen eye for detail and experience with design systems allow you to create polished, scalable, and functional designs.
- Data-Informed Approach: You back your design choices with research and insights, confidently communicating the rationale behind your decisions.
