About the Digital Marketing Specialist Role
- As a Digital Marketing Specialist at PiggyVest, you will be responsible for launching initiatives that promote PiggyVest’s brand, product and services.
- You will help create, plan, implement, and monitor our digital marketing campaigns across all digital media networks.
- You will collaborate with highly talented individuals from the Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams who have a track record of successfully building the PiggyVest brand.

- Is detail-oriented, and uses qualitative and quantitative data to develop a digital media strategy.
- Drives all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Uses data to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights and uses the information to optimize spending and performance based on the insights.
- Drives various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win-back, nurturing, post-purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails.
- Has a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple social media channels.
- Develops documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Has experience working with cross-functional teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
- Provides regular campaign performance reports that include opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc.
- Has experience in managing successful social media campaigns and a solid understanding of social media marketing.
- Will be involved in planning and controlling the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Is constantly looking for new ways to improve overall programs through new technology, tools, partners, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools - Customer.io, Hubspot etc
- Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and web analytics.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and Snapchat.
