    Senior Product Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our suite of b2b software products.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features.
    • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time and to specification.
    • Define and track product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
    • Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently.
    • Own, track and monitor your product’s (and features) performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.
    • Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing products.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and industry trends.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
