Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap for our suite of b2b software products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on product features.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure products are delivered on time and to specification.
- Define and track product metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
- Work autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficiently.
- Own, track and monitor your product’s (and features) performance and functionality after launch to iterate and improve on them.
- Develop pricing and packaging strategies for new and existing products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on our products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
