As we grow, we seek a Solutions Deployment Lead who will play a crucial role in onboarding and deploying our platform for clients, ensuring that our solutions align with their objectives and deliver measurable results.

Role Overview

The Solutions Deployment Lead will oversee the deployment of the platform for new clients, focusing on successful integration, client satisfaction, and seamless handoff to client success teams. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing acumen. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet client requirements and drive maximum value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Onboarding and Deployment
  2. Lead end-to-end deployment projects, from initial scoping to final handoff, ensuring all client requirements are met.
  3. Facilitate the configuration, customization, and integration of mplify.com’s platform to suit client-specific use cases.
  4. Train and educate client teams on best practices to maximize platform utilization.
  5. Technical Solutions Management
  6. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address technical challenges during deployment.
  7. Oversee data migration and integration processes to ensure successful setup within client environments.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to address any deployment issues swiftly.
  9. Project Coordination
  10. Develop and manage deployment project plans, timelines, and deliverables, aligning with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  11. Communicate progress, challenges, and success metrics with clients, ensuring clear expectations throughout the deployment process.
  12. Stakeholder Engagement
  13. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during deployment, building strong relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  14. Gather feedback from clients post-deployment and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  15. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Sharing
  16. Contribute to the development of best practices, templates, and tools to enhance the deployment process.
  17. Share learnings from each project with internal teams to inform product and service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in deployment, implementation, or solutions engineering roles within a SaaS, PaaS, or technology consulting environment.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end deployments or implementations for complex technical solutions.
  • Skills:
  • Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
