The Business Head will be responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of our SaaS division. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of driving business success. The Business Head will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that will expand our market presence, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals.
- Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling to existing customers across 3 segments:
- License based revenue from manufacturers who use the platform
- Primary sales – margins between buying and selling products to wholesalers and distributors
- Interest on BNPL – paylater loans
- Customer Success:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by overseeing the customer success team and managing relationships with manufacturers and other business partners.
- Product Management:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure the SaaS offerings meet market needs.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to guide product development.
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Implement best practices in sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the professional development and growth of team members.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Report on key metrics and performance indicators to the executive team.
