The Value-Added Service Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the visibility and impact of Omnibiz’s key products—OmniDisplay and OmniShelf. This role requires working closely with manufacturers, discussing product placement, shelf space, numeric distribution, and pricing strategies. The manager will also focus on understanding and influencing shopper behavior, conducting surveys, and driving campaigns that improve product visibility in retail stores.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management:
- Manage the OmniDisplay and OmniShelf products, ensuring optimal placement and visibility in retail stores.
- Collaborate with manufacturers to discuss product positioning, shelf space allocation, and numeric distribution.
- Develop strategies for introducing new products, considering pricing sensitivity and shopper behavior.
Manufacturer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, presenting Omnibiz’s value-added services and negotiating shelf space.
- Advise manufacturers on visibility strategies within retailer stores, focusing on improving their presence and product performance.
Shopper Behavior Analysis:
- Analyze shopper and standable behavior to inform product placement and marketing strategies.
- Conduct pricing sensitivity studies to help manufacturers set competitive and profitable pricing strategies.
Surveys and Research:
- Design and execute surveys to gather insights on shopper preferences, behavior, and store product performance.
- Use survey data to recommend product improvements and marketing strategies to manufacturers.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute display campaigns through Omnibiz, aimed at enhancing product visibility and driving sales.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular reports on product performance, campaign outcomes, and customer behavior insights to internal teams and manufacturers.
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve value-added services and product offerings.
Qualifications:
·Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, trade marketing, or category management, preferably within the FMCG or retail sector.
·Proven track record of managing relationships with manufacturers and retailers to drive product visibility and shelf space optimization.
·Experience in analyzing shopper behavior and using data to inform product placement and pricing strategies.
·Hands-on experience in executing in-store marketing campaigns, including managing shelf space and numerical distribution.
·Strong background in conducting surveys and market research to gather consumer insights.
·Proficiency in reporting and analyzing product performance and campaign results to drive strategic improvements.
·Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on product visibility and sales growth.
