The Tech Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by promoting our payment gateway for checkout & virtual account services to new and existing Merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment processing, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with acquired Merchants.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (Acquire merchants with very high transaction volume and value)
- Effectively present our online checkout products, emphasising benefits and features, either in person or online.
- Offer tailored payment processing solutions
- Ensure Merchant satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 Years experience in a related role in any payment processing, Fintech, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of Payment Solution Industry and Product knowledge
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a reputable higher institution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Other required Competencies:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
- Up to date knowledge of payment industry trends, technologies, and regulations
- Vast network/connections to ease Lead generation and Acquisition
