City Manager

We are seeking a City Manager to own partner growth, field operations, and execution across Lagos.
This is a high-impact role combining territory ownership, team leadership, and hands-on execution. You will be fully accountable for partner acquisition, activation performance, and revenue contribution across Lagos.
You will lead a field team, design territory strategy, and ensure consistent execution across all major commercial clusters in the city.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Territory & Partner Growth

Own partner acquisition and activation targets across all Lagos territories.

Map and segment high-potential commercial clusters (e.g. Alaba, Computer Village, Balogun, Trade Fair, auto markets, repair workshops, and retail hubs).

Design and execute structured activation plans by territory.

Oversee the full partner lifecycle
2. Field Team Leadership

Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a team of Relationship Managers and Field Partner Activation Agents across the city.

Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales, partner acquisition, activation, and portfolio growth targets.

Conduct regular team briefings, coaching sessions, and field visits to drive performance.

Coach and support underperforming team members through structured performance management.

Recognize and reward top-performing team members while fostering a high-performance culture.

Maintain discipline, operational excellence, and consistent execution across the field team.

Ensure Relationship Managers provide effective support to partners, driving partner engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
3. Operations & Performance Management

Track daily field activity, conversion rates, and partner performance across Lagos.

Maintain and report structured performance dashboards.

Submit weekly reports to the Head of Growth / CEO.

Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time.

Coordinate logistics including materials, territories, and field deployment.
4. Market & Partner Intelligence

Build and maintain strong relationships across key commercial clusters.

Represent Myka in Lagos business ecosystems.

Gather real-time insights on competitor activity, market trends, and field feedback.

Translate field intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
