Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, strengthening long-term relationships, driving partner engagement, and increasing insurance sales through the Myka Partner Network.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, relationship-driven, and experienced in account management, business development, or partner management within fintech, insurance, banking, or related industries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned partners.

Drive partner activation, engagement, and retention.

Identify opportunities to increase partner productivity and revenue.

Conduct regular partner visits and business reviews.

Provide training and ongoing support to partners.

Monitor partner performance against agreed KPIs.

Resolve partner concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve the partner experience.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities.
