The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting corporate prospects into clients. The role involves building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding client needs, developing insurance proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities across target industries.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions based on client requirements.

  • Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Gather market insights to support product development and business strategy.

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market developments.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

  • Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and partner management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
