The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting corporate prospects into clients. The role involves building strong relationships with decision-makers, understanding client needs, developing insurance proposals, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and account management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Sales

Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities across target industries.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Prospect, qualify, and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Develop and deliver customized insurance solutions based on client requirements.

Prepare and negotiate proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products and services.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

Gather market insights to support product development and business strategy.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and market developments.
Reporting & Administration

Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.

Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and partner management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
