The Role

As IT Operations Lead, you will own and scale LemFi’s internal IT ecosystem, ensuring that every LemFi employee has a seamless, secure, and high-performing experience.

You will manage our core collaboration, access, and security infrastructure while driving process improvement, automation, and compliance readiness. This role is hands-on and highly cross-functional, working closely with Security, Engineering, and People teams to enable fast and compliant growth.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manage and maintain core IT systems including Google Workspace, JumpCloud, VPN, Antivirus, Windows and Mac endpoints, Rippling, n8n, and Slack.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of employee IT operations from onboarding and provisioning to offboarding and access reviews.

  • Collaborate with Security Engineering to enforce compliance, MFA, and secure configuration standards.

  • Implement automation with n8n or similar tools to streamline workflows such as onboarding, access provisioning, and reporting.

  • Establish clear metrics including SLA performance, onboarding efficiency, and patch compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support audit readiness for SOC2, PCI DSS, and DORA in partnership with the Security team.

  • Maintain and optimise vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and high performance.

  • Build and document internal IT processes and self-service resources.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, or similar roles supporting globally distributed teams.

  • Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and MDM solutions across Mac and Windows environments.

  • Strong understanding of VPN, antivirus, and endpoint compliance management.

  • Experience using n8n or equivalent tools for workflow automation.

  • Familiarity with Rippling or other HR and IT integration platforms.

  • Knowledge of IT governance and audit frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS.
