We’re looking for a Sales Manager - USA to join us on this exciting journey. This is a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the USA, and we need someone with a strong foundation in the FX space, an existing client book, and the drive to make a real impact in this fast-evolving landscape.

Tasks

  • Lead the charge in expanding Juicyway’s market presence across the USA, leveraging your deep knowledge of the FX industry and a strong client book to drive new business and partnerships.
  • Drive strategic growth by building and managing a robust sales pipeline using cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and attending key industry events.
  • Consultative selling: Engage with senior decision-makers, providing tailored payment and liquidity solutions to businesses facing cross-border payment challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering, Product, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure clients get the best solutions for their unique needs.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to closure, nurturing relationships at every stage, and helping clients realize the benefits of Juicyway’s transformative platform.
  • Exceed targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, with clear and competitive rewards for exceptional performance.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, advocating for Juicyway’s mission and values, and positioning our platform as a game-changing solution in the FX and payments space.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the FX space, with a proven track record of success and an existing client book to leverage.
  • A deep understanding of the FX landscape and cross-border payment solutions, with the ability to sell consultatively and craft tailored solutions.
  • Experience in engaging and managing relationships with senior decision-makers, navigating complex sales processes, and closing high-value deals.
  • A passion for Juicyway’s mission, and a drive to bring the benefits of global participation to African businesses and people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to break down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients.
  • A resilient, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • A team player mentality, with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide valuable insights into product and strategy development.
