The Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Partner Success Manager, you'll spearhead the success of our embedded finance products. In this pivotal role, you will blend strategic vision with execution to create and implement initiatives to improve our products - directly shaping the future of financial accessibility in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and market potential.
- Product Development: Oversee the implementation of product initiatives end-to-end by working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders - these include additional product features, communication tools, acquisition and retention functionalities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with internal teams, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and potential partners.
- Communication: Consistently optimize the communication strategies through A/B testing & customer feedback.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modeling and risk assessment to ensure product viability and profitability.
- Data Analysis & Customer Feedback: Utilize product & customer insights to refine products and inform new product development.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and market impact.

- Organised, motivated, and process-driven professional with experience managing projects.
- Experience in developing and executing long-term business strategies.
- Empathetic and deeply committed to understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences.
- Agile in adapting to new challenges and proficient in solving complex problems.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, with experience dealing with profitability and risk metrics.
- Excellent and effective at communicating ideas and strategies across various levels and departments.
