The Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing business automation workflows that replace manual, high-cost customer operations. You will work directly with enterprise clients to understand their needs and develop structured automation solutions that drive efficiency and scale.

This role requires someone who can map out customer processes, structure automated workflows, and ensure clients successfully adopt and expand usage. You must be proficient with no-code and low-code automation tools to create scalable solutions without heavy engineering dependencies.

Responsibilities

Design and implement structured workflow solutions that replace traditional customer engagement methods using no-code and low-code automation tools.
Translate business operations into structured automation processes that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Leverage platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable Automations, Pipedream, or similar to streamline customer workflows.
Optimize customer deployments to ensure smooth operation and measurable performance improvements.
Ensure new customers are fully onboarded within a structured timeframe and expand their use of automation over time.
Work alongside engineering to integrate automation solutions into existing business systems such as CRM, logistics, and financial platforms.
Build structured implementation guides and best practices that allow businesses to scale their automation solutions with minimal friction.

What We Are Looking For

Experience with no-code and low-code automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Pipedream, Retool, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of workflow automation and structured process design.
Experience designing and optimizing decision trees and structured customer engagement flows.
Hands-on experience with IVR systems, chatbot automation, or workflow design platforms.
Ability to work directly with enterprise clients and structure their operations into repeatable, automated processes.
Basic understanding of API integrations and business system workflows.
Experience in SaaS, telecommunications, financial services, or customer automation is a plus.
