    Sales & Partnership Manager

    About the Role-

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our team in the Food and Hospitality industry. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of the food or hospitality sector.

    Job description:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and hospitality industry.
    • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.
    • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.
    • Identify potential partners within the food and hospitality ecosystem, such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, food suppliers, and event venues.
    • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with partners to co-create and launch initiatives that drive mutual value.
    • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and foster partnerships.
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying up-selling opportunities.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and partners, providing exceptional service and support.
    • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment and discover new opportunities for collaboration.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the food, hospitality, or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of the food and hospitality market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
